An intoxicated Johnny Depp sliced off a piece of his finger during a raging tirade last year, Amber Heard reportedly is alleging in her domestic violence case against the actor.
Heard and her legal team claim Depp — who was under the influence of ecstasy and alcohol at the time — broke multiple bottles and windows during a heated argument in Australia in March of 2015, TMZ reports.
The actor also reportedly pounded a phone against the wall during the incident, and Heard claims he accidentally cut off the tip of his forefinger in the rampage.
Grisly photos that surfaced on the gossip site, including one reportedly of Depp's finger injury, are being used as an exhibit in Heard's case against her estranged husband.
After suffering the injury, Heard alleges that the "Pirates of the Caribbean" actor dipped his mangled finger into dark blue paint and smeared a combination of blood and the paint against a mirror to spell out a series of words, according to TMZ.
Among the phrases he allegedly wrote were "Easy Amber" and "Billy Bob," according to the report.
Heard reportedly says Depp accused her of cheating with her former co-star Billy Bob Thornton, an allegation she vehemently refuted. She also claims he made similar accusations regarding other men.
She claims the 52-year-old actor waited almost one full day before seeking medical help, so doctors were forced to sew on a new tip made from a flap from his hand instead of reattaching the original fingertip.
News of the alleged incident, which would've occurred just one month after they got married, emerges just days after TMZ published a video that appears to show Depp throwing a wine bottle and slamming a kitchen cabinet.
Heard first accused Depp of assaulting her in late May, when she showed up at a Los Angeles court room sporting a red bruise on her cheek she claimed she got after Depp hurled a cell phone at her during a drunken meltdown six days earlier.
Depp's legal team has denied the 30-year-old actress' domestic violence allegations.
The two stars have reportedly had trouble reaching a settlement because Heard's team wants Depp to admit to committing domestic violence in a joint statement, but the actor's team refuses to do so because they maintain he neved did, TMZ reports.
