t Philip Banks and officers in the 66th Precinct in Brooklyn.
Banks, who a source said received a subpoena more than a year ago, once served as second in command of Patrol Borough Brooklyn South, which includes the 66th Precinct.
Another well-heeled businessman, Jona Rechnitz, is also a significant target of the probe, according to multiple sources.
The gifts doled out by Reichberg and Rechnitz include trips to the Super Bowl, Brazil and China, according to sources. Rechnitz owns a private plane, which he’d use to treat the cops, a source added. At least one flight included a prostitute dressed as a flight attendant, sources said.
Cops aren’t supposed to accept outside gifts worth more than $50.
Deputy Inspector James Grant and Detective Michael Milici were on at least one trip, according to sources. The two have since been placed on modified duty along with several other officers caught up in the wide-ranging corruption probe.
In return for the favors, cops would shut down streets for parties and Orthodox funerals and provide extra police protection, sources said.
In two instances, officers looked the other way after an assault complaint was filed against Reichberg’s nephew, according to the victims of the attacks.
De Blasio says none of his donors got special treatment.
Reichberg did not return calls seeking comment. The NYPD also did not respond to a request for comment.
